We offer a range of courses aimed at beginners and those already accomplished in patisserie, baking, sugarcraft and those who work with chocolate. Our courses are designed so that you will leave the school with a range of skills and knowledge you need to get great results. Classes are held in an informal but structured way and limited in numbers to maximise the learning experience.
