Classes & Workshops
We offer a range of courses aimed at beginners and those already accomplished in patisserie, baking, sugarcraft and those who work with chocolate. Our courses are designed so that you will leave the school with a range of skills and knowledge you need to get great results. Classes are held in an informal but structured way and limited in numbers to maximise the learning experience.

Tiered Wedding Cakes

Two-day course constructing and decorating a two tiered wedding cake.
All Classes Include:
- Written material
- All of the necessary equipment and materials. You may need to bring your own cake to decorate.
- Nicky’s 20 years of knowledge
- Email support for 3 months after the course.
